After adding Stellar, followed by an airdrop and a release of a hardware wallet Blockchain Lockbox, the company is intended to support one of popular stablecoins.
As the СЕО of Blockchain claimed, it is planned to add a new stablecoin until the end of 2019, reports The Block. However, the name of the coin is not revealed at the moment.
The competition between the stablecoins is very high now, adds the CEO. That’s why this market becomes more and more interesting, and the company is planning to enter it soon.
Earlier, Blockchain invested in several stablecoin projects, however, it is about new level of partnership now. The company who has 32 million wallets (most of them are active) believes that it has something to offer to all of major coin projects which are backed by dollar.
He also highlighted Paxos which is the second largest growing project (Tether is the first). According to him, this project has the largest trading volume and the biggest liquidity, but it has no partners who could introduce the brand to the market.

It is also possible to exchange cryptocurrencies to fiat, for example, but this option is not available to the users from some jurisdictions.
